These Terms of Sale govern your purchase of subscriptions (the "Pro" plan) on PeakPulse360.

1. The product

The Pro subscription unlocks unlimited AI coach conversations, personalized AI meal plans, the calendar view, training streaks, wearable connections (where available), the form journal, and priority email support.

2. Pricing

Pro is offered at USD $9 per month. Prices are inclusive of any taxes only where stated; otherwise, applicable taxes may be added at checkout.

3. Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card number. By completing checkout you authorize the charge.

4. Billing model

Where we use Stripe Subscriptions, your card is charged automatically at the start of each billing period until you cancel.
Where we use one-time charges (MVP fallback), each $9 payment grants 30 days of Pro from the day the previous Pro period ends.

5. Cancellation

Cancel anytime from the Stripe customer portal (link in your receipt) or by emailing peakpulse360@gmail.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current paid period; you continue to have Pro access until then.

6. Refunds

We offer a refund within 7 days of your first Pro purchase if you have not used Pro features extensively. After that, charges are non-refundable except where required by law.

7. Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, Pro features may be paused until payment succeeds. You will receive an email from Stripe with retry instructions.

8. Price changes

We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Existing paid periods are honored at the original price.

9. Consumer rights

If you are a consumer in the EU/UK, you have a statutory right to withdraw within 14 days of subscribing. By accessing Pro features immediately after purchase you may waive part of that right; we will still honor the 7-day refund above.
